Kinetic is working with a leading Chemical company who are hiring an Area Manager to be based in Ras Al Khair, KSA.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve annual targets and business objectives.
- Manage a sales team providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts and reports in alignment with business objectives.
- Monitoring sales performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions.
- Identify market opportunities and create business development plans for the assigned territory.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Only candidates currently based in the KSA will be considered.
- Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Mining), or Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, etc.).
- Minimum 10 years of technical sales and people management experience.
- Proven sales track record working with Government/ Large organizations.
- In-depth knowledge of Water treatment applications.
- Extensive knowledge of Mining projects and technical understanding of any of the mining operations and processes.
