Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Business Development Manager to be based in South Africa.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Develops strategies for discovering and securing business opportunities.
  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business development strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives,
  • Maintains good relationships with business partners/contacts and potential clients.
  • Performs market research & analysis.
  • Stay updated with trends, news, and events.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years business development experience within the Medical Devices industry.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and executing business opportunities.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
