Country Head

Kinetic is working with a multinational Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Country Head to be based in Turkey.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Design and implement a strategic plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence and market growth in Turkey.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies for effective customer acquisition and retention.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing a newly formed team.
  • Overseeing the company’s sales performance and putting in place the Licensing, Market Access & Regulatory approval for their products.
  • Keeping up to date with the demand and supply of the company’s therapeutic area products.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status within the Turkish market.
  • Monitor the operating and financial results against plans and budgets.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Turkey.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the multinational pharmaceutical industry in Turkey or the wider MENAT region.
  • Must have proven Commercial experience in the Oncology therapy area.
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Fluent Turkish, English is preferred.
  • Strong communication, entrepreneurship, multifaceted skillset, and strong ling management/team management skills.
