A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Country Sales Manager for their Riyadh office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Developing and deploying a strategic plan to ensure the delivery of significant results.
  • Defining operational objectives and leading the team to goal achievement; achieving distribution objectives.
  • Responsible for contributing to the development and execution of innovation growth plans.
  • Monitoring competitor activities and conducting research.
  • Planning and executing the sales strategies.
  • Drive and initiate the development of new business opportunities.
  • Monitoring sales performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions.
  • Participate in training of sales team to advance their competencies.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience within the medical devices/healthcare industry.
  • Must have leadership experience.
  • Strong network and knowledge of the KSA market is a must.
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
