A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Country Sales Manager for their Dubai office.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales managers.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales managers.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Provide reports to General Manager.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Candidates must be based in Dubai.
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy/ science/ Business. MBA is an advantage.
- 10 years of experience in medical devices. Aesthetic experience is a plus.
- Must have UAE Driver’s license.
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong communication and team management skills
