A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Country Sales Manager for their Dubai office.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales managers.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales managers.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Provide reports to General Manager.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Candidates must be based in Dubai.
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy/ science/ Business. MBA is an advantage.
  • 10 years of experience in medical devices. Aesthetic experience is a plus.
  • Must have UAE Driver’s license.
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong communication and team management skills
