A leading Medical Devices company is actively recruiting a Customer Success Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Responsible for account management
  • Maintaining and building relationships with customers
  • Onboarding new customers
  • Maximizing customer satisfaction and success
  • Establishing customer service policies and practices
  • Providing high-level technical and product support
  • Helping create social media posts and graphics for customers success      
  • Communicating effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs
  • Serves as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts
  • Working with the sales and marketing team
  • Complying with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Event planning experience a plus
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
  • Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of best practices in customer service and retention
  • Good in MS Applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • CRM savvy
  • Ability to multitask and manage several customers’ needs
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Holder of UAE Driver’s license
  • With transferable visa
