Kinetic is working with a leading Renewable company who are hiring an Installation & Commissioning Supervisor to be based in Dammam.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Support the installation and commissioning activities of assigned systems according to project specifications and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations throughout the installation and commissioning phases.
- Evaluate completeness of arriving material and possible damage and material handling with suppliers.
- Conduct pre-installation inspections and site assessments to identify potential risks, technical requirements, and resource needs.
- Supervise final installation and commissioning test completion documentation.
- Provide technical support to installation teams, troubleshooting any issues that arise during the process.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Gas-insulated switchgear is a plus.
- Must have strong experience with SF6 Gas handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
