A leading Medical Devices company is actively recruiting for an IT Specialist to be based in Jeddah, KSA.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Responsible for Installing, configuring, and setting up of customer systems.
  • Providing after-sale support which includes hands-on troubleshooting, diagnosing, fixing IT issues and providing support remotely.
  • Setting up and installing computers, networks, and software. Manages upgrades and implement security controls.
  • Supporting 2nd level technical internal IT requirements
  • Delivering accurate and regular management reporting on the performance of IT Services
  • Maintaining good customer service and keeping information confidential.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Due to Saudization, only Saudi Nationals will be considered.
  • Must hold a bachelor’s degree in IT.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT Healthcare Customer Support. New / fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Great knowledge and /or experience with MCD, Network plus, CCNA. SQL certification or experience is a plus.
  • Experience with HLIS (Healthcare Lab Information System) and Middleware/TLA is a big plus.
  • Able to multi-task with good interpersonal skills and a team player.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (verbal and written)
