A multinational pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting for a Key Account Manager to be based in Dammam, KSA.

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying key business opportunities to work collaboratively with cross functional colleagues to deliver on account ad brand objectives
  • Developing and building key business relationships with his assigned customers
  • Leading monthly reviews with his/her assigned customers to evaluate performance and take actions
  • Negotiation with assigned key accounts/customers in order to promote products and develop business
  • Ensuring achievement of the objectives set for each assigned account and delivery of the required financial results.
  • Supporting the cross-functional team in enlisting the new launches in the assigned accounts.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • University Degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences
  • Due to Saudization, only Saudi Nationals will be considered
  • Experience of at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical sales industry in the eastern region
  • Ability to build strong and long-lasting relationships with payers
  • Interpersonal and collaboration skills to liaison with stakeholders
  • Strong relationship management
