A reputable and well established pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Project Manager (Commercial – Africa) to be based in the United Arab Emirates.

The main responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of complex interrelated projects of sales & marketing of pharmaceutical products such as vaccines
- Ensuring end to end delivery of the technical projects and programs from initiation, steering and support towards successful execution of effective solutions that meet business needs
- Act as a single commercial point of contact with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Marketing, Regional Sales, Government Affairs, Legal and Regulatory to ensure seamless support of projects deliverables and governmental initiatives
- Responsible for developing market access strategic and tactical plans for specialty portfolios as part of the business unit planning process
- Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure that business development , market access and policy plans are aligned to the business unit priorities
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Candidates willing to relocate to the UAE
- Education: MS/ BS in Pharmacy /Science having strong healthcare background
- Minimum 6-8 years of solid project management experience, in vaccine / specialty therapy area like anti-viral, vaccines, etc.
- Experience in sales in African / CIS Markets is mandatory
- Fluency in English is must, proficiency in French is highly preferred.
- Experience in independently managing or leading cross-functional project teams in a pharmaceutical company.
- Hands on experience in reimbursement systems in the region
- Established relationship with key decision makers & stakeholders
- Highly structured, planned and engaged working approach as well as outstanding organizational, communication, negotiation & decision-making skills.
