A leading pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting for a Quality Manager to be based in Algeria. This client has the ability for being able to attract and retain the very best talent, so competition for this opportunity will be high.

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising product manufacturing activities.
  • Acting as the overall quality responsible person and the first point of escalation to resolve quality issues.
  • Managing quality oversight (on-site) of all manufacturing activities.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and that products are manufactured in high quality standards.
  • Ensuring that quality management system is being maintained and followed.
  • Participating in quality meetings
  • Drives risk reduction programs and maintaining product risk oversight.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Quality Assurance in the Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Good knowledge of GMP and Quality Systems.
  • Experience in managing and overseeing Quality in manufacturing operations.
  • Experience in handling customer complaints.
  • Strong attention to details and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good decision-making skills, results driven with demonstrated customer and quality focus.
  • Good communication skills in English and French languages (speaking, reading, and writing). Knowledge of Arabic language is desirable.
