A leading Chemical company is actively recruiting a Regional Retail Development Manager for their Dubai office.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Design and implement a strategic business development plan that expands the company’s client and customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Explores and identifies business opportunities in the region.
- Plan and oversee the retail budget for programs and innovations.
- Manage training programs to develop skills to achieve sales target and drive growth.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor and track the program’s progress and performance across the region.
- Performs market research & analysis.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 – 6 years experience in Retail, Trade Marketing, or similar. Leadership experience is a plus.
- Must have project management experience.
- Willingness to travel as the job requires.
- Excellent communication skills.
