One of the leading paint companies is actively recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Identifying and acquiring new customers
  • Creating regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
  • Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities in the region
  • Managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure
  • Building strong relationships with key accounts in the region
  • Overseeing product and supply ordering and shipment in accordance with regional needs
  • Overseeing sales and special promotions
  • Forecasting quarterly and annual profits
  • Preparing and reviewing the annual budget for the area of responsibility
  • Reporting on regional sales results
  • Planning and executing training among staff members and management
  • Providing leadership on hiring and employee retention

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar senior sales role
  • Experience in sales of Paint products
  • Prior knowledge of printer ink and consumables
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent customer service
