Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Sales Administrator to be based in Riyadh.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Monitor distribution partner performance as per KPI within the distributor agreement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing, inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demands.
  • Process and manage sales orders accurately and promptly.
  • Liaise with sales operations and supply departments to resolve any supply-related issues.
  • Conduct monthly local warehouse reviews to control damaged and returned goods by performing QA inspections.
  • Generate and validate reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and other relevant KPIs.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Must be based in Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or inventory management or similar.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical management sales role.
  • Must have KSA experience.
  • Experience in sales-related products through pharmacy and medical channels is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
