Medical Device Team - Kinetic

A leading Medical Devices company is actively recruiting for a Sales Manager to be based in the Maghreb region.

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing client relationship management strategies
  • Identifying new business leads and contacting prospective key clients to promote products and services
  • Design and implement corporate strategy through defined tactical plans
  • Monitoring sales performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions
  • Drive and initiate development of new business opportunities
  • Participate in training of sales team to advance their competencies

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of both the Life Science and Molecular Diagnostics markets
  • Channel or distributor management experience is mandatory
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales in a related industry
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Good decision making skill, great problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
