A well-established, Multi-national F&B company is actively recruiting a Senior Key Account Manager – Middle East based in the United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling and maintaining the assigned key accounts in terms of business relationships and development.
  • Responsible for achieving the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets with respect to the set margins. 
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities and liaising with Brand Managers to achieve growth and profitability. 

Job Description:

  • Build and maintain strong/solid partners with the assigned key accounts.
  • Develop customer-specific joint business plans and periodically monitor the agreed milestones, thereby driving customer engagement.
  • Ensure high level of customer service through appropriate follow-up, sales proposition, and efficient planning with Supply Chain Team / Telesales / Finance. 
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction. 
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information. 
  • Lead the customer business reviews on a periodic basis and drive the completion of the action plan. 
  • Handle sales forecasting for the assigned accounts and monitor the monthly demand planning.
  • Monitor accounts receivables, update and negotiate payment terms, agreements, and invoicing address in relevant systems 
  • Facilitate, negotiate, and supervise all contract amendments with the customer.
  • Manage and monitor the budget, new listings, and competitor activities.  

The Successful Applicant:

  • The successful candidate must have 3 to 5 years’ experience in a sales position in Food Service/F&B/FMCG Distribution Company in the UAE.
  • You must have gained experience in a developed market place / multinational organization.
  • It is essential that you hold a College Degree. Having a UAE Driving License is a must.
  • You must have developed strong selling capabilities and should be a team player.
