Service Engineer

Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Service Engineer to be based in Qatar.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of designated equipment.
  • Preparing training plans, tools, and delivery for products and applications to clients and customers.
  • Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
  • Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
  • Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
  • Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
  • Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
  • Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals, and system sales.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Open to candidates willing to relocate to Qatar.
  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering or a similar field.
  • Extensive experience in surgical products is a must.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
  • Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Must have excellent communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
