Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Team Leader – Internal Audit to be based in the UAE.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Lead and manage the internal audit team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of audit activities.
  • Implement internal audits ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk-based audit plans to address key areas of concern within the company.
  • Provide recommendations for enhancements or solutions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate audit activities.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare audit reports for senior management highlighting key findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Open to candidates who are willing to relocate to the UAE.
  • Certified CIA, CPA, ACCA.
  • Minimum 4-5 years total experience in internal/external audit.
  • Must have experience in the manufacturing industry. Pharma experience is a plus.
  • Strong experience in operational audit, Internal control, and risk assessment.
  • Leadership and team management skills is a must.
  • SAP experience is a must.
