Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Tender Specialist to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Optimizing tender strategy and ensuring compliance.
- Oversee tender process, tools, and development of analytic dashboards.
- Provide regular reports to management on the status of tender activities.
- Assess market dynamics, collaborate with thought leaders to identify unaddressed requirements in tender processes, and convert insights into tender strategies.
- Evaluate tender outcomes, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or similar.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tender management within the Pharmaceuticals/FMCG Industry.
- Commercial mindset and proven success in delivering projects within the Middle East region.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex tender documents and financial data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP. PowerBI is a plus.
