A leading Medical Devices company is actively recruiting for a Territory Sales Manager to be based in Jeddah, KSA. Only candidates based in Jeddah would be considered.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Developing and deploying a strategic plan to ensure the delivery of significant results.
- Defining operational objectives and leading the team to goal achievement; achieving distribution objectives.
- Responsible for contributing into the development and execution of innovation growth plans.
- Monitoring competitor activities and conducting research.
- Planning and executing the sales strategies.
- Drive and initiate development of new business opportunities
- Monitoring sales performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions
- Participate in training of sales team to advance their competencies.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Only candidates based in Jeddah would be considered.
- Excellent communication skills in English and ARABIC.
- Must have at least 4 years of sales experience in diagnostic products.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic
- Good market knowledge
