A reputable and growing pharmaceutical company is looking to appoint a VP – Sales based in Mexico.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Responsible for developing the field execution plan and KPI’s that align with core business objectives
  • In charge of designing, developing and implementing budget recommendations and allocations across sales areas, regions and territories
  • Aligning and executing on commercial strategies – marketing, market access pull-through, asset launches, multi-channel customer engagement, and employee/talent development, to deliver exceptional results
  • Delivering and adapting execution plans to achieve performance goals and objectives utilizing; KPIs: scaling of successes, business problem solving, etc. Implement corrective action as appropriate to meet business needs and improve performance
  • Developing and fostering external relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders
  • Creating a coaching culture and demonstrate situational leadership to maximize performance and development of each individual and deliver exceptional results

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA and/or advance clinical/science degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical experience in Mexico market; Specialty business experience is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license
  • History of working effectively with field management
  • Experience in expanding/building a sales team
  • Working recent knowledge of evolving patient and payer landscape a plus
  • Track record of success and demonstration of coaching and people development
  • Able to understand, inform, and challenge strategies for the business to launch new products
