Job Description :
Our client is an international manufacturing company for medical devices and are looking for a Country Manager to join their team in Kuwait.


Key responsibilities for the position would be as follows


Develop and implement country wide sales strategy and sales plan and office budgets in line with corporate targets

Keep abreast of products and gather and advise on ideas for innovation

Position company's products as the go to device for the prescribed uses

Support Distributors as required and in line with corporate strategy

Hire, train and develop the local team

Work in conjunction with global team to develop new products and enhance current product portfolio


Required Qualifications :
Essential requirements to be considered for the position are as follows


1) Degree in biomedical engineering, nursing or relevant discipline


2) Minimum 10 years of experience with Key Account Management


3) A positive attitude


4) Experience working with entrepreneurial organisations


5) PC literate


6) Confident when dealing with High Networth Individuals as well as corporate and social situations which may involve high visibility.


7) Minimum age to be considered would be 35 or a minimum 15 years of work experience.
