District Sales Manager (dermatology)
A multinational pharmaceutical company is actively hiring for a District Sales Manager position to be based in Saudi Arabia. The position can be based in Riyadh or Jeddah.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Leading all sales activities to achieve sales objectives of the territory for the assigned brand portfolio (dermatology)
- Developing customer & account plans for achieving sales goals aligned with commercial teams and in line with business objectives
- Ensuring effective and efficient allocation of resources to achieve the budget through collaborating with commercial team
- Establishing & maintaining good relationship with KOL's and institutions; ensuring better understanding of overall enhancement of customers' satisfaction
- Participate in training of sales team to advance their competencies; enhancing the engagement of team members
- Developing and maintaining strong work relationship with KOLs and contacts with distributors to ensure achievement of deliverables
(only candidates with dermatology experience who meet all the requirements will be considered)
- Solid experience handling dermatology products
- Bachelor's Degree (Pharmacy or equivalent)
- 3-5 years of sales experience (sales manager or KAM) within a reputable pharmaceutical or consumer goods company with relevant derma portfolio
- Experience in managing agents and distributors in Saudi
- Track record in effectively developing sales strategy and managing external relationships & partnership
- Strong people management & development skills
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
