Job Description :
 A multinational pharmaceutical company is actively looking to appoint a District Sales Manager to be based in Jeddah, KSA.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Leading and directing the assigned territory sales team to achieve net sales and profitability targets as per the Sales Operational Plan
- Develop and maintaining excellent business relationship with distribution partners across the area, as well as key decision makers in private sectors
- Implementing & monitoring of annual, quarterly, & monthly sales plan for the assigned portfolio in the assigned territory
- Responsible for coaching and training field sales representative in order to achieve territorial sales and activity targets, Follow up Sales & Customers’ needs
Required Qualifications :
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Due to Saudization, only Saudi Nationals will be considered.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or any related life sciences
- Extensive experience in the sale of primary care pharmaceutical products
- Experience as a sales leader in a similar size market
- At least 2-3 years of sales management experience in Western area
- Excellent organizational skills and well-developed record of successful Key Account relationship management
- Excellent Interpersonal & people management skills
- Expert negotiation and persuasive ability
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
