HR Business Partner - Algeria
The purpose of this role is to implement Human Resources strategies and assist the HR Managers of the different businesses with an aim at achieving the efficient use of human resources and supporting the business growth in the assigned region.
In this role you will be heavily involved in the following day to day activities:

§ Learning and Development
§ HR Administration
To be considered for this vacancy you will need to have a proven track record in the completion of the following areas.
§ Assist the managers in the use of recruitment techniques.
§ Conceive behaviour-based interview questionnaires.
§ Compile, develop and update Salary Structures
§ Advise and educate employees on Company Policies & Procedures.
§ Assist HR Manager in developing, implementing and championing policies and initiatives
§ Analyze growth Plans across the assigned business to propose training priorities to HR Manager.
§ Perform administrative and procedural duties as required for effective operation of the HR department.
§ Ensure maintenance of accurate and up to date employees’ records.
