Job Description :
Senior Technical Service
- Implementation of corrective maintenance required during and after warranty period.
- Perform the monthly Preventive maintenance for Equipment to guarantee the optimal performance.
- Ensure on time closure of all assigned service requests.
- Request the required parts and PPM kits to perform professional services.
- Assure the implementation of the scheduled PPM on time.
- Ensure on time completion of new projects installation.
- Provide accurate install base data to back office.
- Implementation of manufacturer recalls, field actions, and software upgrades.
- Build solid relationship with customers

Required Qualifications :
(Only candidates with medical devices experience who meet all the requirements will be considered)
- Solid technical and troubleshooting expertise with medical devices
- Solid communication skills, especially in writing (email) and responding to phone calls.
- Experience in end to end service support
- Comfortable and complying with procedures.
- Willing to take the initiative to resolve problems.
