Academic Services Coordinator

Kinetic is working with a growing Institution who are hiring an Academic Services Coordinator to be based in Riyadh.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • First point of contact for students addressing concerns and providing support services.
  • Organize and coordinate the schedule of classes, exams, and all training activities.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inquiries, training schedules, and students’ documents in the system.
  • Collaborate with trainers to address student needs and facilitate adjustments to learning approaches when necessary.
  • Perform a variety of administrative responsibilities.
  • Generate reports to the Line Manager.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Saudi Nationals are encouraged to apply for this position.
  • Bachelor’s Degree. An MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in student recruitment or admissions within the Education industry. Higher Training Institute is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) / Student Information System (SIS) is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic.
  • Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
