Admin and Operations Assistant

Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring an Admin and Operations Assistant to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Performing a variety of HR, personnel, IT, and office administrative tasks.
  • Providing support for employee administration, visa, and general inquiries.
  • Monitor and manage monthly office expenses to ensure adherence to the allocated budget.
  • Liaise with the Marketing and Sales teams to plan and execute company events.
  • Assist in coordinating marketing-related events and managing marketing materials.
  • Responsible for daily operations of the company’s training center ensuring fully equipped and functional for training sessions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, admin, and operations.
  • Experience in the payroll process, offboarding, and terminations.
  • Experience with financial management and budgeting.
  • Experience in contract negotiations, vendor management, and events planning.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and other relevant government policies.
