Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Business Development Manager to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- This is an individual contributor role responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding the company’s customer base.
- Develops strategies for discovering and securing business opportunities.
- Maintains good relationships with business partners/contacts and potential clients.
- Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives.
- Performs market research & analysis.
- Being updated with trends, news, and events.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Open to Candidates based in, or willing to relocate to the UAE.
- A nursing background is a must.
- Minimum 3 years of business development experience within the Medical Devices industry. Preferably experience with Neonatal.
- Must have experience within the Middle East/ Africa/ South Africa/ Australia/New Zealand.
- Experience with Channel Partner/Distributor management.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
