Kinetic has partnered with a leading Manufacturing company who are hiring a Business Development Manager to be based in Khobar.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business development strategies.
- Assist the sales team to acquire new customers and to sell additional products, services, or solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to recommend improvements to existing products and services.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or Marketing
- Proven experience in business development within the safety industry.
- Minimum 10 years of KSA experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Safety market (customers, applications, and competitors) in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong business management and analytical thinking skills.
- Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
