A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Business Support Specialist for their Riyadh office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage and coordinate various corporate functions to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Support the accounting and finance department by recording financial transactions and assisting audit as required.
- Conduct employee off-boarding, and on-boarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Maintain and update employee’s and corporate records.
- Coordinate and support corporate activities including vendor relations, procurement, and office management, and assist in managing corporate projects and programs.
- Prepare presentations and reports for Senior Management.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Healthcare industry.
- Good understanding of KSA corporate laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, accounting software, and current financial legislation.
- Extremely organized and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
