Commercial Project Manager

A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Commercial Project Manager to be based in Egypt or Morocco.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Oversee commercial projects across the assigned region ensuring alignment with company’s objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies and execute projects effectively.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
  • Stakeholder communication management.
  • Monitor and provide accurate and timely updates on project progress, activities, and performance, risks & issues.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 – 7 years of project management experience within the Medical Devices/Healthcare industry in the MEA region.
  • Strong background in distributor management, digital transformation, and market expansion.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.  
  • Excellent leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. French or Arabic is a plus.
