Concierge Manager

A leading F&B company is actively recruiting a Concierge Manager for their Dubai office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Oversee and manage concierge operations.
  • Reporting directly to the Regional Sales & Event Director.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners
  • Manage client feedback, resolve complaints efficiently, and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive practices to maintain a competitive edge.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience within the Hospitality/F&B industry in the UAE.
  • Must have worked in concierge firms or worked with concierge firms.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours as required by event schedules.
  • Excellent organizational, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
