Kinetic has partnered with a leading Bank who are hiring a Corporate Governance Officer to be based in Umm Al Quwain.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Oversee the development and monitoring of corporate governance practices.
- Provide strategic guidance on governance matters to senior management.
- Prepare governance-related reports and ensure timely submissions to the UAE Central Bank and other regulatory bodies.
- Assist in implementing the company’s risk management framework to ensure governance risks are aligned with overall risk policies.
- Ensure compliance with the UAE Central Bank and other applicable regulations.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in corporate governance, legal, or compliance roles within the banking or financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE banking regulations.
- Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and frameworks.
- Experience with board portals and document management systems preferably SharePoint.
- Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
