Kinetic is working with a Multinational Medical Device Manufacturing company who are hiring a Project Coordinator to be based in Dubai.
This is a 1-year contract position.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Lead the end-to-end management and continuous optimization of data segmentation frameworks
- Translate business needs into analytical frameworks and actionable insights
- Monitor commercial performance and deliver reporting to support strategic decision-making
- Act as a central point of coordination across cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business objectives.
- Assist with Ad-Hoc projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Salary up to 12,000 AED per month
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Proven experience managing projects.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant experience. Preferably experience within the META region.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with BI tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French, and Arabic.
