A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Deputy Commercial Operations Director for their Qatar office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Provide strategic commercial direction to achieve company performance objectives.
- Responsible for the profitable development of the regional business through maximizing the potential sales and profit growth, enhancing market accessibility across the region, and leading the successful launch of new products.
- Manage business tenders and commercials.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze market trends to identify opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
- Provide timely business updates and performance reviews; Prepare budgets and forecasts.
- Manage a team of professionals providing guidance and development opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis and research about competitors, customers, and business opportunities.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Only Candidates currently based in Qatar will be considered.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the Medical Devices Industry.
- Must have sales management experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
