We’re working with a leading MedTech who are actively recruiting a Field Service Engineer to be based in Sheffield, UK.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Install, repair and carry out preventative maintenance on respiratory diagnostic and medical devices.
- Diagnose technical and equipment faults and deliver timely, effective solutions.
- Respond to customer service requests and provide a high level of technical support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Complete accurate service reports, maintenance records and technical documentation.
- Work closely with the wider service team and support Product Specialists where required.
- Identify recurring product or technical issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with company procedures and relevant quality standards.
- Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
- Manage service activities effectively across the assigned territory.
To be successful, you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree, HNC or equivalent technical qualification or relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ Field Service Engineer experience, ideally within medical devices or diagnostics.
- Strong electro-mechanical, fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service priorities.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
