Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical manufacturing company who are hiring a Finance Manager to be based in Southern Europe.
Open to candidates currently based in, or willing to relocate to EU countries.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Leading the financial planning process and providing leadership to the finance organization.
- Promoting financial reporting & forecasting accuracy.
- Providing business and financial guidance to the team to ensure that operational results are achieved.
- Ensuring alignment of the financial forecast to the production forecast by working with production & sales teams.
- Developing the financial information system and managing the operating plan cycle.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Open to candidates currently based in, or willing to relocate to EU countries.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in Finance roles within the Manufacturing industry, preferably in Pharma/ Medical Devices.
- Strong experience in FP&A.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel.
- Interpersonal, communication & analytical skills, and technical competency.
