General Manager

A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical manufacturing company is actively recruiting a General Manager for their team in Southern Europe.

Open to candidates currently based in, or willing to relocate to EU countries.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to align with the company’s goals.
  • Lead the company in growth and expansion initiatives, identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and oversee all the company’s business operations.
  • Drive the company’s financial performance by managing budgets, cost controls, and profitability.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Open to candidates currently based in, or willing to relocate to EU countries.
  • Bachelor’s Degree. An MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience within the pharmaceuticals industry.
  • Must have experience in P&L.
  • People management experience.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning.
  • Strong knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
