Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring an HR Business Partner to be based in North England.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Act as a trusted advisor across the full employee lifecycle.
- Responsible for delivering, and partnering with the assigned function, to achieve the current and future business strategy from an HR perspective, including ensuring the adherence to global standards, and local regulations.
- Support workforce planning, talent management, and leadership capability development.
- Contribute to reward, engagement, and culture initiatives
- Implementing and maintaining effective HR strategies & practices.
- Oversee employee relations matters
- Ensure compliance with labor law, HR policies, and industry regulations.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant HR qualifications or accreditations would be beneficial.
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory role in the UK.
- Ability to demonstrate passion and long-term drive for a career in HR.
- Ability to advocate HR policy, process, and regulatory compliance within a highly regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Strong people orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
