Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Key Account Manager to be based in Iraq.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Responsible for managing business in Algeria and establishing strong relations with distributors and their dedicated teams in the markets.
- Providing strategic commercial direction to achieve company performance objectives
- Responsible for the profitable development of the regional business through maximizing the potential sales and profit growth, enhancing market accessibility across the region, and leading the successful launch of new products
- Working closely with the supply chain to optimize the continuity of supply of products to relevant markets, providing volume sales forecasts, and monitoring stock with distributors
- Providing timely business updates and performance reviews; Preparing budgets and forecasts.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Only Candidates currently based in Iraq will be considered.
- Bachelor’s Degree is a must.
- Must have experience in managing specialty business. Oncology is a plus.
- Minimum 8-10 years of sales management experience within the Pharmaceuticals Industry.
- Entrepreneurial and results-driven with experience and/or relevant skills in terms of working and partnering with distributors
- Possesses necessary local expertise and strong influence skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
