Key Account Manager – Distribution

Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Key Account Manager – Distribution to be based in the UAE.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Responsible for sales & distribution of the company’s product within the assigned region.
  • Oversee product availability and sales activities ensuring alignment with organizational goals and targets.
  • Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements.
  • Conduct market analysis and research about competitors, customers, and business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science is a must.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with pharmaceutical distributors.
  • Must have experience in OTC/ consumer healthcare.
  • Proven experience as a distribution manager in the UAE market.
  • Strong relationship with pharmacy purchasers, chain pharmacy owners & private pharmacies in the UAE.
  • Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
