A reputable and well-established Energy & Light Systems Manufacturing company is actively recruiting a Lead Cost Controller for their team in Egypt.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage all day-to-day financial matters including but not limited to invoicing, A/R, A/P, G/L, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Revenue Recognition and tax.
- Analyse cost variances between the standard and actual cost to ensure proper costing settings.
- Closely coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect and assess data for cost tools and product management.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to validate information in the system.
- Support cross-functional teams for cost evaluation, pre-qualification activities, and cost updates.
- Prepare cost reports and presentations for senior management.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting. Relevant Certification (e.g., CPA / CA) is preferred
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of relevant experience within the Manufacturing industry.
- Must have a strong cost management background.
- Strong proficiency in cost modelling techniques, financial analysis, and ERP systems. SAP experience is a plus.
- Strong local and international accounting rules, policies, and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
