A reputable and well-established Multinational Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Legal & Compliance Executive for their Dubai office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Support the organization in ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.

Assist with contract administration, regulatory submissions, policy implementation, and risk management to safeguard the organization’s legal and ethical position.

Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documentation.

Maintain and regularly update contract repositories and legal records.
-
Support dispute resolution processes and prepare litigation-related documentation when required.
-
Monitor adherence to applicable local and international laws and regulations.

Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.

Support internal compliance audits and conduct risk assessments.
-
Lead the drafting, review, and periodic update of internal policies and codes of conduct.

Assist with investigations related to compliance issues or breaches of policy.
To be successful, you will need to meet the following:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a related discipline.
-
2–5 years of relevant experience in legal, ethics, and compliance functions.
-
Prior experience within the life sciences sector, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or another regulated industry.
-
Strong capabilities in legal drafting, document review, corporate law, and compliance frameworks.

In-depth knowledge of applicable local and international laws and regulatory requirements.
