Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Legal Manager to be based in Algeria.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Providing legal advice to various stakeholders.
- Reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements.
- Managing litigation and dispute resolution.
- Liaising with and managing external lawyers/law firms as required.
- Identifying and mitigating legal risks.
- Assessing periodically the business need for particular legal skills in-house.
- Advising on the legal implications of company policies and procedures.
- Continuously monitor compliance with legal obligations and advise management accordingly.
- Ensuring all contracts, legal documents and templates are up-to-date and compliant with statutory laws.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Only Candidates currently based in Algeria will be considered.
- Degree in Law. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of legal experience within the Pharmaceuticals Industry.
- Proven track record of providing accurate and effective legal counsel.
- Strong leadership with the ability to provide direction and focus for team members as well as motivating the team to achieve results
- Proven ability to delicately solve sensitive matter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic, and French.
