A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Logistics Executive for their Dubai office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international shipping regulations and compliance requirements.

Coordinate temperature-controlled imports of perishable pharmaceutical products (GCC)

Plan, schedule, and coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments.

Prepare and process all import/export documentation, arrange transportation, and manage customs clearance.

Track shipments, generate logistics reports, and analyze shipping volumes and costs.

Liaise with shipping companies to ensure compliant and efficient international transport.

Monitor freight costs, negotiate rates with vendors, and control logistics budgets.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:

3-5 years pharma experience in the UAE.
- Relevant experience in MOH drug import & logistics process.
- Knowledgeable in import/export procedures via Tatmeen and MOHAP online systems.
- Knowledgeable of tendering and pharmaceutical supply processes for government entities including RAFED, MOH, etc.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrates ability to build external and internal relationships
