Logistics Officer

A leading Chemical distributor company is actively recruiting a Logistics Officer for their Dubai office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
  • Keeping proper records of all transactions relating to the company’s logistics operations.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external partners.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for staff.
  • Resolve problems that are related to logistics-related issues.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Only Candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree. Supply Chain & Logistics Certifications is a plus.
  • 10+ years of previous experience in logistics management. Preferably within the Chemical Industry.
  • Must have a valid UAE Driver’s License.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • SAP knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
