We’re working with a leading Pharmaceutical who are actively recruiting a Market Research Lead to be based in London, UK

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Lead market research projects to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement market research plans across relevant products and markets.
- Gather, analyse and interpret customer, competitor and market insights.
- Translate research findings into clear and actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with commercial, marketing and cross-functional teams to support business priorities.
- Manage relationships with external market research agencies and suppliers.
- Oversee market research budgets and ensure projects are delivered effectively.
- Support competitive intelligence and market monitoring activities.
- Develop reports and presentations to communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve market research processes, methodologies and insight generation.
- Support the development and sharing of market knowledge across the business.
To be successful, you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. A Master’s degree would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience within market research, insights, analytics or a related commercial function.
- Strong experience delivering and interpreting primary market research.
- Previous experience within the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Currently living in London.
