Kinetic is working with a leading Technology company who are hiring a Microsoft Licensing Administrator to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft software licensing agreements, including renewals, upgrades, and compliance.
- Provide guidance on Microsoft licensing models, agreements, and compliance.
- Develop and present compelling licensing proposals outlining the recommended solutions, pricing, and benefits.
- Assess customer IT infrastructure and usage patterns to determine the most cost-effective and suitable licensing solutions.
- Stay updated on Microsoft licensing policies and industry best practices.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Licensing Administrator or similar role.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Licensing Specialist/ Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert/ Enterprise Administrator Expert/ CompTIA Software Asset Management (CSAM).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft products and services.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft licensing compliance, policies, agreements, models, and programs.
- Knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM).
- Knowledge of the True-Up process.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
