Kinetic has partnered with a leading Technology company who are hiring multiple Network Engineers to be based Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Configure and optimize Wi-Fi access points, controllers, switches, routers, and VLAN/SSID/security settings.
- Work closely with Project Managers to align technical tasks with project schedules.
- Perform RF planning, Wi-Fi performance tuning, packet capture analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct site surveys, installations, testing, commissioning, and on-site support.
- Prepare technical documentation including configuration files, network diagrams, test reports, and as-built documentation.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, and, when required, customers.
- Provide progress updates and escalate technical risks to the Project Manager.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, CWDP, Aruba ACMP/ACMA, Ruckus WISE or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in network engineering, preferably with strong WI-FI focus. Experience in the GCC market is a plus.
- Hands-on experience configuring enterprise Wi-Fi platforms (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus, Cambium, Ubiquiti, etc.).
- Strong understanding of LAN/WLAN technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills using CLI, network analyzers, RF scanners, and Wi-Fi diagnostic tools.
- Must have a valid UAE driver’s license.
