Product Specialist

Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Product Specialist to be based in Tabuk.

Please note that due to Saudization, only SAUDI NATIONALS will be considered.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Support clinical and business planning to achieve product adoption and revenue goals
  • Analyze market trends, competitor products, and clinical needs to guide strategy
  • Assist in defining product pricing and positioning for medical devices
  • Gather feedback from healthcare professionals to recommend product improvements
  • Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams for device development and enhancements
  • Identify opportunities for product updates, clinical applications, and new business growth
  • Support marketing and sales teams with clinical insights, product demonstrations, and promotional activities
  • Deliver training sessions on medical devices for internal teams and healthcare professionals
  • Assist in new product launches and clinical introduction activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product development, clinical support, and sales
  • Address customer and clinical queries promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all product-related clinical and technical activities

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in medical sciences or similar 
  • Experience in clinical application and or Sales
  • Located in Tabuk or willing to relocate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical application and or Sales
  • Strong understanding of medical device products, clinical workflows, and regulatory environment
  • Ability to analyze clinical and market data to support business decisions
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities in clinical settings
  • Experience supporting medical device marketing, sales, and clinical training
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Proactive approach to identifying clinical needs and opportunities for device optimization
  • Commitment to staying updated on medical device innovations, clinical practices, and industry trends
